NEXT ROUND BEGINS SUNDAY JUNE 14TH ✧ 6PM EST ✧

8-WEEK VIRTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

You're not "high-functioning."
You're
overfunctioning.

And it's exhausting to be the one who holds everything together.

↓ KEEP READING IF THIS ALREADY HIT

SOUND FAMILIAR?

This is for you if...

You're always the strong one — the reliable one — the one people call when things fall apart

You feel responsible for other people's emotions, and it's draining

Rest feels uncomfortable. Like there's always something else you should be doing.

You say yes when you mean no, and then resent yourself for it

You're exhausted… but still showing up for everyone else

You know something has to change — but you don't know how to stop without everything falling apart

Not sure if this is you yet?
Start here.

Why Self Care Isn't Working (And What to Do Instead)

FREE WORKSHOP

Overfunctioning isn't a personality trait.
It's a survival pattern.

LET'S BE CLEAR

This is not therapy.
This is accountability, education, and real-time practice.

Overfunctioners Anonymous is a therapist-informed coaching space designed to help you:

Notice your patterns in real time

Interrupt overfunctioning as it's happening

Practice new ways of relating to yourself and others

Be in community with people doing the same work

✧ 8 weeks ✧ CAPPED AT 10 PEOPLE ✧ VIRTUAL

THE PROGRAM

Overfunctioners Anonymous is an 8-week virtual accountability group for high-functioning people who are ready to stop carrying
everything alone.

Inside, we focus on:

Breaking the cycle of over-responsibility

Building boundaries that actually stick

Learning how to receive support without guilt

Regulating your nervous system outside of survival mode

Reconnecting with who you are beyond what you do for others

This isn't another thing
you start and don't finish.

THIS IS NOT

A space where you vent and stay stuck

Another self-care checklist you won't follow

A place to intellectualize your patterns and call it healing

Surface-level advice that doesn't address the root

THIS IS

A space where you're gently called forward, not just held

Real accountability around the patterns keeping you stuck

A community that reflects your blind spots back to you

A place to practice showing up differently in real time

Not just awareness. Behavior change.

WHAT WE'LL WORK THROUGH

Here's a look at the curriculum

Six areas of focus building on each other week by week.

PHYSICAL

Body

Recognizing when your body is running on survival mode — and learning to interrupt it before it runs the show.

MENTAL

Mind

Interrupting overthinking, hyper-vigilance, and the mental pressure that keeps you in overdrive.

EMOTIONAL

Feeling

Learning to feel without immediately fixing, suppressing, or managing — yours and everyone else's.

SOCIAL

Relating

Breaking people-pleasing patterns and building relationships that don't require you to overfunction to feel safe.

FINANCIAL

Worth

Exploring the connection between overworking, scarcity patterns, and your relationship with rest and receiving.

SPIRITUAL

Identity

Rebuilding self-trust and reconnecting with who you are beyond what you do — or do for others.

By the end of this, you'll...

Catch yourself before automatically overgiving — and actually pause

Say no without spiraling into guilt for days

Feel less responsible for other people's emotions

Actually rest without feeling like something's wrong

Start building relationships that don't rely on you overfunctioning to hold them together

Recognize your patterns in real time — not just in retrospect

GOOGLE REVIEW

"Cameron is a kind, thoughtful, and (who I’d deem) a holistic therapist. She understands how emotions start in the body and can spiral in the mind. She’s great at challenging some things and holding space for acknowledging others. Each session I learn something new and have gained a variety of coping skills that I’ve applied quickly and seamlessly into my daily life."

Hi, I'm Cameron
and I used to be you.

I know what it's like to be the person who holds everything together on the outside while quietly coming apart on the inside. I was a straight-A grad student, thriving on paper, checking every box and carrying trauma I hadn't named yet, running on a level of hypervigilance I'd convinced myself was just "being responsible."

It took walking into a therapy office to understand what was actually happening. And it took years {like real, non-linear, still-in-progress years} to learn how to stop overfunctioning as a survival strategy.

That's not a footnote in my story. It's the whole reason I do this work.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Minnesota and Florida. I've been in the social work field for the past twelve years–starting in child welfare, where I saw firsthand how unaddressed trauma destroys people from the inside out. I've been practicing therapy since 2019. I'm also a certified clinical herbalist and hold 500 hours of yoga teacher training. In my work, I integrate therapy, somatics, mindfulness, and body-based practices. I needed all of those things to heal, and I've watched them work for the people I sit with.

I'm not here because I have it figured out. I'm here because I know the terrain. And I built Overfunctioners Anonymous for the person who is tired of being the most capable person in every room, and is finally ready to put some of it down.

More from the community

Cameron is an incredible therapist. I wish I could still see her, but I had to move out of state. She's empathetic, keeps engaged, listens and remembers things from across sessions, threads through themes over time. It's kinda scary and impressive how good at her job she is. She WILL tell it how it is and, lovingly, did not take my bullshit which was refreshing and exactly the kind of energy I needed.

GOOGLE REVIEW

Cam is amazing, kind, patient, and incredibly gifted at what she does. A very natural way of connecting with her clients. We have seen real progress and are so thankful for the care and support she provides. Highly recommend.
